Please note that email and text messages may not be fully secure, communication may become part of your clinical record, these methods should not be used for emergencies or urgent mental health concerns, and we do not share or sell SMS opt-in or phone numbers for the purpose of SMS. By communicating electronically, you acknowledge and accept these potential risks.
